men’s stretching group

It’s time for the guys! Join Tiffany on Wednesday afternoons for a low-key full-body stretch. In this group, we focus on maintaining range of motion, reducing pain in common areas (like low backs), and a little targeted strengthening for common problem areas.

This small group class allows for personalized programming, so everyone’s needs get met. Pretty much everyone has back pain, so that is a key emphasis.

Classes are held in-person at 5810 W. 38th Ave., Suite 3, Wheat Ridge, 80212. Please reach out with any questions (form below). We meet Wednesdays at 12:30pm. The Men’s Stretching Group is a drop-in only class; $20 per class payable when you come.
