Evolition offers a robust schedule of movement classes every week. Our studio operates on a 6 week session basis, where we encourage students to commit to attend a class for 6 consecutive weeks to get the most benefit out of your movement practice. Our class content is personalized to those committed to regular class attendance. Drop ins are welcome if that’s what works best for you.

Improve your alignment, motor control, stability, balance, and coordination with the innovative group exercise classes. Monday and Wednesdays 4:30pm; Wednesdays and Fridays 11am.
The system of yoga known as “Iyengar Yoga” was created and developed over 75 years ago by Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar. It is accessible for all ages and all body types. Iyengar Yoga focuses on precision, timing, sequencing, and the use of props to help the practitioner develop awareness. Mondays and Thursdays, 5:45pm, Tuesdays 9am.
Experience a classical, 8 limbs Yoga practice with an emphasis on structural alignment and self awareness, where all body shapes, abilities, and ages are honored and respected. Mondays 12pm, Tuesdays 4:30 and 6pm, Thursdays 9am.
Special session for Beginner’s Mondays 7:15pm starting June 2nd!
Wednesdays at 12:30, a group just for guys! Stretching, sharing stories, and plenty of laughter are on the agenda for this lighthearted weekly gathering.
