In this 45 minute small group personal training session, we focus on exercises that contribute to balance, coordination, and stability. This group is geared toward older adults who may have significant limitations or are new to exercise, and particularly caters to individuals who are at risk of falling or have a history of falls.
Attendees need to be able to stand and walk without assistance (with a cane is fine, but not a walker or wheelchair). Class fee is $18 per session, with a commitment to attend on a month-to-month basis. We meet on Mondays at Elevation Physical Therapy and on Thursdays at Inspiration Fitness.
