Somatic Practices for Living and Leading from the Center Study Group

  • Akasha Collective 5810 West 38th Avenue Suite 3 Wheat Ridge, CO, 80212 United States (map)

Join Colleen Osborne and Tiffany Bucknam for an experiential journey of embodiment.

Somatic practices refer to things done with the body and the senses. This group focuses on using body-based practices (like Qi Gong, connecting to the ground, extinction writing, smudging in smoke, etc) to connect with our Center—our inherent wisdom.

During these six weeks, group participants will learn a number of different somatic practices and identify ones we’re already doing. We’ll commit to regularly use these tools to connect and reconnect to ourselves, and will meet weekly on Monday evenings to discuss how they’re impacting our lives.

It’s our belief that the body is the gateway to our guiding wisdom. Have an experience of this yourself, while remaining curious together. This group will be great for those looking to connect—to one another and ourselves.

$75. Register here.

Depending on the group’s makeup, a Zoom option may be available. If you need a Zoom option, please contact Tiffany before registering to ensure this is possible.
