In support of our Svadhyaya and Compassion Circles, in the “off months,” I will be offering a guided self-compassion practice on Tuesday evenings before Hatha Yoga Class. You do not need to participate in the formal bi-monthly Circles to attend this practice.
Think of these drop-in, donation-only sessions as guided meditations, a weekly opportunity for self-connection and healing. They are a great, low-impact way to more deeply and regularly integrate self-compassion into your life, replacing old habits of self criticism and judgement with something far more supportive.
