Get in and out with a Hatha Yoga class designed to start your day right and get you to work on time. A well-rounded beginners Yoga practice 6:45-7:45am on Tuesday mornings. While we are meeting online, the fee is $15 per class attended, invoiced at the end of the month.
If you have issues or injuries in the body, such as limited range of motion (being "inflexible"), are "out of shape," or new to Yoga, this is an excellent class for you.
Suggested props: a sticky mat, two yoga blocks, a yoga strap or a belt, several blankets, and a sturdy chair (a folding chair works best but one from your kitchen table will also do).
